The Opportunity

For a minimum of $200,000, you are guaranteed 2% returns on your investment during construction. 2% returns annually during operations profits permitting. In addition, you are entitled to use a guest-room at the Hotel for a total of 7 days in any calendar year, free of payment of the room rate subject to conditions.
